Rules and Regulations

The submitted work should fall within the eligibility period of 1st December 2023 to 31st March 2025.
Participants can submit their original work and provide details either as an organization or as individuals.
Entries can be submitted by either organizations or individuals who fall within the realm of digital marketing platforms.
For entries submitted on behalf of organizations or clients, proper authorization from the relevant representatives is required.
There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit. If applicable, the same piece of work can also be entered into multiple categories.
All submissions must be made exclusively through online channels.

Please ensure that your entry submissions are in the English language. For videos, please incorporate subtitles for clarity & ensure the video view access is granted till the awards date for the jury judging process.
Kindly upload your video files to YouTube or provide a Google Drive link with managing the access for all. The embedded URL (link to the uploaded file) should be included in the entry form. For image submissions, please make sure the pictures are of high resolution that can be used for the winner/nominees promotions.
It is important to adhere to all of the competition's guidelines when submitting your entry. Failure to do so may result in the disqualification of your submission.
Please note that entrants will not receive notifications for disqualification, and entry fees will not be refunded.
Once entries are submitted, they cannot be withdrawn or modified. Please ensure that the provided forms are completed accurately and truthfully, as this information will be utilized for all promotional purposes.

The Jury's judgment will encompass aspects such as the novelty of the idea, the distinctiveness of the implementation, and the effect on audience involvement.
The determination made by the jury is conclusive and obligatory.
The entries will be scrutinized by the Jury to identify the winners in each category. The evaluation of entries will rest solely on the content put forth.
The Jury's assessment will take into consideration factors like the originality of the concept, the uniqueness of the execution, and the impact on engaging the audience.
The verdict provided by the jury is ultimate and obligatory.

Please meticulously go through the entire set of rules, regulations, guidelines, and criteria.
Click on "Submit Entries" button to create your registration account with Username and Password. Once your registration is successfully completed the admin team will activate the account. Once the account activates, Login with unique username and password to access your account.
Fill in the essential fields on the form and attach any required supporting documents to showcase your best work.
Include the embedded link for your video. Upload your video/audio links onto platforms such as YouTube or Google Drive. Ensure that the video URLs are publicly accessible, and only embedded links are provided on the entry form. Kindly submit content exclusively in English.
Should you require the ability to make modifications or deletions to an entry at a later time, navigate to the homepage, and select the entry you wish to update or remove, and proceed with the necessary adjustments or removal actions.
