Eligibility Criteria

  • All the Participants should be registered with an address in India or with Indian nationality.
  • The objective is to recognize the best work of the industry however all the efforts will be made to ensure that all details submitted are the original work done by the participants.
  • Participants are authorized to submit the original work and other details on behalf of the organization/client for which it was done. Failure to follow this condition will disqualify the entry/entries.
  • Entries may be submitted either by the Individual or by the Organization.
  • All entries must be submitted online only.
  • All Entries submitted on or behalf of the organization should have appropriate authorization from the company's authorized representative/ representatives.

Timelines

  • Awards Management and its sub-contractors shall not be held accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the Awards or its ceremony or any part of its processes or public voting on account of any factors beyond its control.
  • The Jury will evaluate the entries to determine the winner of each category.
  • The Eligibility Timeline for Campaigns created or executed should be between 1st May 2024 to 30th June 2025 for the Industry & Campaign Categories.

Criterion for Judging

  • Originality of idea (20%) - This refers to the innovative and imaginative aspects of the idea, including its ability to combine disparate elements or offer unconventional solutions to problems. This also includes the potential of the idea to make a meaningful and positive difference, whether it's in terms of functionality, usability, societal benefit, or market potential.
  • Impact on the masses (20%) - This refers to the scale and depth of the impact, including whether it addresses critical needs, improves quality of life, or creates positive change on a large scale. Also, How easily accessible or inclusive the idea is, ensuring that it can benefit diverse groups of people regardless of barriers such as geographics or demographics.
  • Execution Excellence (20%) - This criteria evaluates how effectively and professionally the campaign or initiative was brought to life - from planning to execution. It reflects the quality, precision and consistency of implementation across multiple channels and wider audiences.
  • Contribution towards the Organizational Goals (20%) - This refers to evaluating how well an idea, project, or initiative aligns with and supports the overarching objectives, mission, and vision of an organization.
  • Results and Evaluation (20%) - This refers to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of a process, project, program, or any other endeavor. This criterion focuses on examining the actual results achieved compared to the goals or objectives set forth & it involves assessing the impact, success, or failure of the effort and determining the extent to which it met expectations.

General

  • Decision of Awards Management on all other matters is final and binding on all Participants, Entrants and Finalists, and no correspondence will be entertained on the same.
  • Participation in the Awards will be construed as an acceptance to the Rules and Regulations stated herein.
  • Participants understand and agree that mere participation in the Awards does not entitle Participants to win a prize.
  • Entrants could be contacted to provide further information for the award.
  • Participants and winners permit free of cost the use of their name, content and factual information about their participation in the public media (for the build-up to the Awards, during the Awards ceremony and after the Awards ceremony) and do not have any right to any revenues earned through intellectual property rights generated by the Awards, if any.
  • All entries become the property of the PR & Communication Aces organized by Indian Television Dot Com Pvt Ltd.
