Deepali has been appointed as Director Digital Sales in 2023. Her key role is to enable key brand missions at IBM including Systems - Storage, Power, Cloud & Cognitive Software, Public Cloud, TSS Digital Sales and Red Hat. Deepali leads The Bangalore Center which focuses on Digital Sales across India, ASEAN, Korea and Australia. Previous to this Deepali was the CMO for IBM in India & South Asia, where Deepali drove all marketing and brand initiatives, customer relationship management & execution since 2018. Prior to joining IBM, Deepali was both the CMO and the CDO at IIFL Investment Managers and was a Board Member at IIFL Wealth Finance. She has held leadership positions with L&T Financial Services Group & HSBC Asset Management. Since taking the position of Head of Studio in 2014, Kranti has built the studio from 350 artists and production crew to more than 6000. She has broken the glass ceiling as a female leader in an otherwise male dominated industry and is a strong advocate of empowerment of the marginalized and promotes diversity & inclusion in the workplace. Kranti seeks to shine the spotlight on those who are under-represented and bring change to the industry worldwide. Under her leadership Technicolor Creative Studios has delivered VFX and Animation training sessions to more than 2000 VFX artists, 650 of whom are female. Anika's entrepreneurial ventures have stemmed from the gap she recognised through her own personal struggles and experiences. When faced with the challenge of finding a donor heart for her mother, Anika realised the need for a dependable, organised system that Indian families could rely on, to support them and help out their ailing loved ones. ORGAN India - Organ Giving and Receiving Awareness Network, was born in 2013 and focuses on spreading awareness about Organ Donation and Transplant across India. In addition to spreading awareness, and offering support through a helpline and an online guide, the organization works very closely with the Health Ministry and even represented India in the World Transplant Games of 2021.
The Woman's Company was inspired by Anika's search for biodegradable and organic period products for her daughter Inayat. On a fair amount of research, none of the players in the market ticked all the boxes. With increasing rates of cancer, PCOS, Endometriosis amongst other lifestyle diseases, the need for chemical free products became crucial. Add to that the planet in crisis due products that do not decompose, the need to make impact with a solution for Women's Health and the planet became evident. With her Co Founder Roopam Gupta, Anika founded The Woman's Company in 2020 as an ideology with the sole aim to create a world where women's health and well-being matters. The brand has innovated with eco-conscious products MADE in INDIA such as a Teen Pad, a fully biodegradable Urination Device amongst several others.
